Each product page states what an item is made of and whether it is handmade, machine made, or machine made and hand finished. We only state purity where it is known.

Caring for your pieces

• Brass and copper: wipe with a soft dry cloth. To restore shine, use a mild metal cleaner or lemon with a little salt, then rinse and dry fully.
• Antique and oxidised finishes: dust only; polishing removes the finish.
• Marble and stone: wipe with a damp cloth and avoid acidic cleaners.
• Resin and painted pieces: dust with a soft brush and keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Diyas: let lamps cool before cleaning and never leave a lit diya unattended.
