If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within the return window shown at checkout with photos of the item and the packaging. Eligible returns are inspected and refunded to the original payment method.

Handmade pieces can vary slightly in colour, finish and size from the photos; this is part of the craft and is not treated as a defect.
